Team Leader Logistic

Bookworm staffing is hiring a Team Leader Logistic. Ready to  Start your day with a short team meeting everyone knows what is expected of them, and you plan the tasks for the day. Throughout the day, you lead your team, resolve issues, support new employees, and consult with other team leaders and management on improvements. By keeping the warehouse efficient, safe, and organized, you also maintain high levels of motivation and engagement within the team. At the end of the day, you review your team’s performance, note any follow-up actions, and close another successful day.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the warehouse team
• Planning and assigning tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity
• Supporting new employees and tracking their development
• Consulting with other team leaders and management on process improvements
• Actively contributing to a positive and professional work environment

What we expect from you:

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience in a managerial position
• Valid driving license
• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B2)
• MBO-level education or equivalent
• Hands-on mentality and stress resilience
• Ability to maintain structure and oversee team operations
• Motivation to lead and develop employees
