- A Facility Manager ensures a building runs smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs
- Ensure health and safe compliance
- Manage maintaince budget and expense
- Report issues to management
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / HND / OND / NCE / Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 6 years work experience.
- Maintenance knowledge
- Good leadership and communication skill.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
