Philgold Trading Store is a supermarket located at Ipaja Road, Shagari Estate. It started its operation about 2 years ago. Philgold has a boutique and also a supermarket in the same building. The supermarket is open for candidates that are ready to work, and we do not employ candidates for a short period of time.

Job Title: Baker

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high quality baked goods and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and baked bread, cakes , pastries and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and ensure product quality and consistency
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking timing
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery
• Manage baking ingredients and stock levels
• Decorate cakes and pastries

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND qualification
• Proven experience as a baker ( 1 – 3 years or more)
• Follow of baking techniques and ingredient
• Ability to work early morning or flexible shifts
• Attention to details and creativity
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
Competitive based on experience.
