BOOKWORM STAFFING is recruiting for a company in Thailand that handles everything from design to construction of Japanese-owned factories, warehouses, and commercial facilities. While a local company, approximately 80% of its projects are with foreign companies from Europe and other overseas locations. It has earned long-standing trust due to its high standards of quality, process management, and safety.

Currently, we have five Japanese employees (including former employees of major general contractors). We welcome experienced individuals who can lead Japanese-quality construction alongside our rapidly growing Thai engineers.

≪Job Description (Project Manager: Electrical Construction Management)≫

You will be responsible for all aspects of electrical construction management for Japanese-owned factories, warehouses, and logistics facilities.

As you will be involved from design to construction to handover, this is a position where you can lead the entire project.

● Main Duties

Meetings with sales and design teams
Creation of electrical construction plans
Creation of electrical construction drawings
Creation of cost estimation and budgets
Preparation and application before construction begins
On-site process, quality, and safety (QCDS) management
Coordination and guidance of Thai engineers
Coordination with clients (Japanese companies)

Preliminary meetings with sales and design teams
Creation of electrical construction plans and construction drawings
Cost estimation and budget creation
Preparation for construction → Construction begins → Completion
