Job Title: HR Specialist

Locations: Ibadan – Oyo, Port Harcourt (PHC) – Rivers, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and Onitsha – Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Description

The HR Specialist will support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across assigned regions.
The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations to ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end recruitment and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
Handling employee relations and resolving workplace concerns
Supporting performance management processes, including PIPs
Overseeing HR operations such as payroll support, leave, and employee records
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Partnering with business leaders to support operational needs
Preparing HR reports and tracking key metrics
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2–5 years HR experience, preferably in a multi-location environment
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
