Summary

- Exotic Pet Café is looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries professionally
- Follow up on clients and bookings
- Drive sales for grooming, boarding, vet services & pet products
- Manage WhatsApp, Instagram & walk-in clients
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years experience
- Good communication skills
- Smart, organized & proactive
- Sales/customer service experience is a plus
- Must genuinely like pets and be comfortable around animals
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Must live around Lekki/Ajah axis (preferred).
