Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is an International Eye Hospital chain with the presence of 30 in India and 4 in Nigeria, handling all types of Eye Surgeries such as Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma, presbyopia, cornea, squint, refractive error, and other vision problems, and having treated 10+ million patients. Our patients get the same treatment in Nigeria as in the US, UK, and India. We are 18 Years in Eye Care and HMO-empaneled hospitals.

Job Title: Business Development Executive (HealthCare)

Location: Festac Town, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven business development executive to drive revenue growth, expand partnerships, and increase market presence within the healthcare sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives, securing business opportunities, and promoting the hospital’s eye care services to corporate organizations, HMOs, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to enhance the hospital’s brand visibility and increase awareness of eye care services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations for business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic business development reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hospital processes, healthcare sales, and systems.
  • Experience with tenders and contract negotiations is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Result-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
