Managing Banex Mall Limited is a property and facility management company responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of Banex Mall. Its core functions include facility management, tenant relations, commercial and leasing, sales, security coordination, maintenance of common areas, revenue administration, compliance monitoring, customer service, and the overall enhancement of the mall’s commercial operations. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Liaison Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for promoting Banex Mall and its tenants to external organizations and driving customer traffic into the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit companies and corporate organizations
• Visit schools, churches, and residential estates
• Promote tenant products and services
• Promote marketplace products
• Generate partnerships and referrals
• Drive customer traffic to the mall.

KPI

• Leads generated
• Sales generated
• Partnerships secured
• Customer traffic generated.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc Degree
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong networking abilities
• Ability to work independently.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
