Job Offer, Work Permit & Visa Services

Work Permit Guide

Work Permit is an official document that permits a foreigner to work in a country. Work Permit is issued by a designated government agency like ministry of labour.

Before work permit is issued, an employer must have issued a job offer detailing the contract between the employer and the job seeker who needs work permit.

Work permit is not automatic visa; you may have a valid work permit and still be denied visa. Visa is issued in Nigeria by the country Embassy, Consular or High Commission as the case may be. The government institution that issues work permit is different from the one that issues visa, so work permit is not automatic visa approval.

Traveling through work route involves getting a job offer which you use for work permit, and you then use the work permit and other support documents to apply for visa. You also have to take care of flight and other travel arrangements.

The employer may take care of the work permit fees and reimburse the client for visa and flight expenses when they resume work.
