The Katsina State Hospitals Services Management Board
The Katsina State Hospitals Services Management Board was first established by Kaduna State Government via edict No. 7 of 1978. The same edict was modified and adapted under CAP 63 of the laws of Katsina State of Nigeria. In 1993, the Board was merged with the State Ministry of Health through an Executive order. However, it was reactivated on 30th March, 1998 operate autonomously, with a Governing Board under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The Board has under control all staff at the Headquarters, State Medical store, Government House Clinic, Psychiatric Hospital as well as all those working at the 18 General Hospital in the Katsina, Daura, Funtua, Malumdfashi, Mani, Kankia, Dutsinma, Batsari, Baure, Babbaruga, Rimi, Ingawa, Musawa, Kankara and Danmusa.

Job Description
Senior medical consultant position requiring extensive experience and specialized expertise in medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert medical consultation and treatment
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff
Participate in clinical research and development
Ensure adherence to medical protocols and standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
MBBS / MBChB degree from recognized institution
Postgraduate Fellowship in relevant specialty
Current Medical License
NYSC discharge certificate
Minimum 7 years post-registration experience.
