We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Male Personal Assistant
Location: Obalende, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars to optimize time.
Screening phone calls, handling emails, and managing correspondence.
Drafting reports, typing documents, organizing files, and preparing presentations.
Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, as well as arranging itineraries.
Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
Handling personal errands, such as booking appointments or managing personal logistics, depending on the role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking capabilities and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Proficiency in IT systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
