Smart Nuel Communications Limited is a growing mobile technology retail company headquartered in Ikeja Computer Village, Lagos, one of Nigeria’s largest technology markets. The company specializes in the sales and distribution of mobile phones and related accessories across major cities in the country.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

This role is responsible for processing daily sales transactions, issuing invoices, maintaining accurate shelf stock records, and providing excellent customer service.
The role also involves administrative support duties, daily reporting, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment while supporting the branch manager with assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Receive sales orders from customers, accurately entering them into the system daily.
Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately.
Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions.
Conduct stock counts and submit accurate stock reports twice a week.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
Receive and attend to customer phone calls and complaints professionally.
Provide customer support and forward complaints or issues to the manager when necessary.
Maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and efficient service.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the branch manager.
Requirements

Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in cash handling or an accounting role is an advantage
Basic knowledge of accounting systems or MS Excel is desirable
Proximity to the business location.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
