Job Title: BPO Officer
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as BPO Officers. Successful candidates will handle customer interactions through phone and other communication channels and may be assigned to projects such as customer support, debt recovery, or customer survey campaigns.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Provide support by resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
Conduct customer surveys and collect accurate feedback when required.
Follow up with customers regarding service issues, payments, or survey participation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Adhere to company guidelines and performance targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of OND/HND/B.Sc.
0–1 year of customer service or call center experience (an added advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, teachable, and detail-oriented.
Close proximity to Maryland is a must.
Salary / Transportation & Feeding Allowance
N100,000 per month.
