Job Summary

IDA Beauty is a luxury, halal-certified, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty brand committed to inclusivity, sustainability, and empowering confidence from the inside out.
As we continue to expand our retail and community presence, we are seeking passionate and result-driven Field Marketers to represent our brand on the ground.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell IDA Beauty products across assigned locations (retail outlets, events, pop-ups, and partner stores)
Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and brand values (halal-certified, vegan, cruelty-free, eco-friendly)
Drive product awareness and increase sales through direct engagement and demonstrations
Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with retailers and customers
Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
Meet assigned sales targets and submit daily/weekly activity reports
Represent the brand professionally and uphold IDA Beauty’s values at all times
Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years’ experience in field marketing, sales, or beauty retail (beauty industry experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident in product demonstrations and customer engagement
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Good knowledge of Lagos market terrain

Salary
N150,000  monthly with a 5% commission on sales turnover.
