Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a financial firm, specialized in micro and corporate loan and investment. Established in July, 2014, we are currently operating in 12 States including Lagos State the head office.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Officer

Location: Maiduguri, Borno

Flexible Working Hour: 11am – 6pm
Job Summary

We looking for a Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork in Borno State.
Maiduguri: Monday Market, Custom Market, Gamboru Market, Baga Road Market, Bulukutu Market.
Credit officer responsibilities include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information, and calculating risk ratios. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience.
Ultimately, you will help our clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements are met.
Responsibilities

Review loan requests
Assess clients’ financial status
Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests
Set up payment plans
Maintain updated records of loan applications
Follow up with clients about loan renewals
Monitor progress of existing loans
Daily & weekly repayment collection
Requirements And Skills

NCE/OND/HND/BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officeror similar role
Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience.
