Job Description
IDA Beauty is an affordable luxury, halal-certified, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty brand committed to operational excellence, sustainability, and premium retail standards.
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facility Manager / Maintenance Officer to ensure our office and store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the office premises to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and ensure all equipment (generator, lighting, storage systems, etc.) are functioning properly
Liaise with the Admin/Operations Manager on procurement of necessary items and repair needs
Run official errands for the company as required.
Ensure all sales deliveries are properly packed, secured, and dispatched professionally
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Cashier to check, monitor, and maintain cosmetics inventory
Promptly report maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
OND or relevant technical certification
1–3 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs
High level of responsibility and trustworthiness.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
