Obligations and responsibilities
Choosing new equipment based on production requirements, selecting and analytically comparing options to propose the most optimal solution.
Using a CAD program to analyze existing devices and improve them.
Determining requirements for new devices according to customer or project specifications.
Coordination of the installation of new equipment
Creating go/no-go devices and templates, etc.
Performing quality tests for new equipment.
Negotiating with suppliers and external companies to secure the best deals for equipment and services
Scheduling meetings with management and staff as needed
Professional skills
Higher education (engineering)
Ability to work semi-independently and in a team
Knowledge of CAD software, AutoCAD is an advantage
Personal skills
Good analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
Attention to detail
Leadership skills
Ability to solve problems on time and according to specifications
