A well-established and growing company in the window and door industry is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team.
Role Overview
This role involves attending customer sites to carry out repairs, maintenance, and inspections, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will liaise with internal teams and customers while managing service visits independently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site service, maintenance, and technical support
Complete detailed reports following each visit
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and stock levels
Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
Build strong relationships with customers
Requirements
Experience in construction, installation, or a similar field
Knowledge of commercial windows and doors preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Full clean driving licence
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
