About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Audit to lead our internal audit function.
This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on the integrity, efficiency, and growth of our business.
You will set the standard for governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all branches.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans across finance, operations, and compliance
Evaluate processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and performance
Conduct high-level audits on financial records, procurement, inventory, and operational procedures
Prepare and present actionable insights and reports to executive management
Mentor and develop the audit team, building a culture of accountability and excellence
Ensure company-wide adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Partner with management to drive strategic decisions and safeguard company assets
Requirements

Extensive audit experience, including leadership of audit teams in complex organizations
Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
Deep understanding of retail operations and internal controls
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership presence, integrity, and the ability to influence at all levels
