Responsibilities
Curriculum Planning and Development:
Develop detailed and well-structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
Create engaging and innovative teaching materials, incorporating various instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
Classroom Instruction:
Deliver lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking, making the subject matter accessible and relevant to students.
Utilize effective teaching methodologies, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Prepare and submit question banks on the scheduled date.
Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance, identifying areas of improvement and recognizing achievements.
Design and administer assessments to measure students’ understanding of the subject.
