Job Description: Smart Factory Engineer: Experienced (Full-Time) Location:

Description:
A smart factory is a factory that utilizes digital technologies such as AI and IoT by connecting machine tools (production machines) and production lines through a network, creating a more efficient and productive factory.

 

Project Examples:

1. Encouraging smart factory development in production equipment design, production line design, process design, etc. for various product development processes from various manufacturers
2. Confirm specifications and design content, formulate and implement evaluation plans, and analyze the results in various product development processes from various manufacturers
3. Visualize production capacity and production plans in various product development processes from various manufacturers, and propose optimal production plans

Required Qualifications:
Experience in one of the following areas: – Experience in sensors/devices, data analysis, automation, or equipment process design in manufacturing technology – Experience implementing automated robots and AGVs (automated guided vehicles) Additional Qualifications (Value Added/Wanted):
1. Quality control (QC) experience
2. Excel experience: Functions (IF level)
3. Learning experience (C++, VBA), PLC design is acceptable (ladder)
4. Equipment installation experience
5. Experience promoting automation and process improvement
6. Experience with statistical analysis of production data, equipment data, etc.

Benefits:
1. ¥266,000 – ¥562,000 (Base Salary + allowance + 20 hours of overtime)
2. Bonuses available twice a year (Month 6 and Month 12)
3. Salary increase available once a year (Month 4)
4. Overtime available with an estimated 20 hours per month, with 100% overtime pay.

Holiday system:
Total holidays per year: 124 days (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

Flex Holiday: 3 days (flexible holidays).
Paid annual leave: Granted from the first day of employment (the amount depends on the month of employment, with a maximum of 10 days for the first grant).
