Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, stylish, and creative individual to join our fashion brand as a Personal Assistant / Content Creator.
The ideal candidate will support the Creative Director with daily tasks while creating engaging fashion content that reflects the brand’s identity and attracts customers.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties:

Provide administrative and personal support to the Creative Director
Manage schedules, appointments, calendars, and reminders efficiently
Coordinate meetings, fittings, and production timelines
Run personal and official errands for the Creative Director
Assist in planning and organizing events, photoshoots, and brand activities
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and messages) on behalf of the Creative Director when required
Maintain proper documentation and records of tasks, schedules, and activities
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations
Ensure the Creative Director is well-prepared for daily activities, meetings, and events.
Content Creation & Social Media:

Create high-quality and engaging fashion content (photos, videos, reels, behind-the-scenes, styling content)
Develop and execute content ideas aligned with the brand’s identity and goals
Manage and post content consistently across all social media platforms
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on all platforms
Monitor engagement, trends, and performance metrics to improve content strategy
Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand aesthetic
Assist with styling, set preparation, and coordination during photoshoots and content creation sessions
Capture real-time content during fittings, production, and daily brand activities
Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Stay updated with current fashion trends, social media trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements

2-3 years experience in a similar role (fashion industry is an added advantage)
Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion trends
Proficiency in content creation (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
Must be comfortable running errands for the Creative Director
Basic knowledge of content editing apps/tools is a plus.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
