The Katsina State Hospitals Services Management Board
The Katsina State Hospitals Services Management Board was first established by Kaduna State Government via edict No. 7 of 1978. The same edict was modified and adapted under CAP 63 of the laws of Katsina State of Nigeria. In 1993, the Board was merged with the State Ministry of Health through an Executive order. However, it was reactivated on 30th March, 1998 operate autonomously, with a Governing Board under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The Board has under control all staff at the Headquarters, State Medical store, Government House Clinic, Psychiatric Hospital as well as all those working at the 18 General Hospital in the Katsina, Daura, Funtua, Malumdfashi, Mani, Kankia, Dutsinma, Batsari, Baure, Babbaruga, Rimi, Ingawa, Musawa, Kankara and Danmusa.

Medical laboratory scientist position for qualified professionals to conduct diagnostic laboratory tests.
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and analyses
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Prepare and examine specimens
Report laboratory results accurately
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science
Registration with Medical Laboratory Science Council
Current practicing license
NYSC certificate
Proficiency in laboratory techniques.
