Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Maintenance to oversee and manage all maintenance activities across our operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of all company vehicles (vans, trucks, buses)
Manage servicing and repairs of generators, electrical systems, and store equipment
Supervise maintenance of air conditioning systems and refrigeration units
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure minimal downtime of all operational equipment
Manage and coordinate internal technicians and external service providers
Monitor maintenance costs and control expenses effectively
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Maintain proper records of repairs, servicing, and inspections.
Requirements

Relevant Technical certification or Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7–10 years experience in maintenance management
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance (diesel and petrol engines)
Hands-on experience with generators, electrical systems, ACs, and refrigeration
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple maintenance activities
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
